How to reach Siringit Tarangire Camp
Location: 4°11'03.4"S 36°00'13.6"E
The Siringit Tarangire Camp is located 40 minutes south of Kuro Airstrip, or a 3.5 hours’ drive from Arusha (approx.)
Directions
1. From the main park gate, drive to Kuro Airstrip.
2. Upon reaching Kuro Airstrip, take the Nomad Kuro Road heading south.
3. Continue on this road for approximately 21 km. You will pass Acacia Luxury Lodge before continuing south across the beautiful Tarangire savanna.
4. The turn-off to Siringit Tarangire Camp is on your right and is clearly signposted.
The entire route from Kuro Airstrip is well signposted with directions to Siringit Tarangire Camp.
Camp Game Drive Route
Siringit Tarangire Camp also has its own game drive route, which crosses the open plains before reaching the river. From there, a river crossing provides direct access to the Silale Swamp from the south.
This route can also be used when returning from Silale, allowing you to complete a scenic circuit rather than retracing your journey along the Kuro Road.
For directions and guidance on using this route, please speak with the Camp Manager upon arrival.
